Trixy's Babies

Wednesday January 6, 2010. Trixy our Chihuahua had her 3 puppies! She went into labor in the middle of the night and nothing seemed to be happening. After all night with no progress we decided we had better take her into the pet hospital to have them do an x-ray. they did and found 3 HUGE puppies all three facing the wrong way! They did a ultrasound to see if the puppies were alive. They were all alive but heart's were weak after the long night! She would have never been able to deliver them so they did an emergency C-Section! so 3 hours and $800 later we brought Trixy and her 3 puppies home. Two girls one boy. They are so fun and adorable! Here are a few of the MANY photos we have taken of them so far! They will be 2 weeks old in 2 days! We will be selling 2 of them so if anyone is interested in an adorable puppy let us know!
OK this photo came out TINY! I don't know why. Cameron has it on his Face book larger if you want to see it. It is a photo of the X-Ray.
Boy (Scooby) on top two girls on bottom. We named them all... But we understand they wont all be staying! So their names will most likely change.
Daniel with Girl #1 AKA "Zoe" her white stripe looks like a Z on the back of her head that is why Macie named her that.
Macie with Girl #2 AKA, "Sophie" She is the runt of the litter. she was squeezed in the middle between the to other dogs inside Trixy.
Right after they got home from the hospital. Trixy was out of it all day! She still has her IV bandage on here.
Trevor holding Zoe.
Adam with Sophie.
Zoe again.

All three puppies in Braden's hands! They are tiny!

Macie's Baptism

Saturday January 2, 2010 Was a very special day here at our house! Macie was baptized a member to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. My mom Grandma Eves is staying with us for the winter. She is an amazing seamstress, and she worked very hard on a BEAUTIFUL dress for Macie. Every time she puts it on we sing... "Girl's in white dresses with blue satin sashes" We had a wonderful, spiritual day Macie was absolutely glowing!
We found the perfect pattern, I remember loving a dress mom made me as a girl that was a perfect spinning dress! I wanted Macie to have a spinning dress, Mom did an amazing job! Below, Grandma Eves & Macie.
Our wonderful family!

We love our girl!
