Rebecca's Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Bec!

Today was Bec's birthday! I had a meeting in Sacramento Friday evening and Saturday morning so we stayed in the hotel where the meetings were. We went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner on Friday night and we liked it so much we went with some friends again tonight. We recommend it. Good food and lots of choices.

Bec started her day with a run in the hotel gym. She spent a lot of time on Face Book and updating our blogs. She loved just relaxing and not having a schedule. We got to go to an outlet mall and do some shopping. The highlight of the day was our temple trip. A couple in our ward went for the first time and were sealed as a family. It was so great to be in the temple. A lot of people from our ward were there and it was great! The sealing was wonderful. It is so great to see eternal families being created!

While we were away our kids stayed home and took care of each other. They did great and when we got home the kids where waiting to yell "Happy Birthday" as Bec walked in the house. They had the house cleaned up and even washed the suburban. They did great! We love our eternal family as well.

The evening was spent as a movie night. We loaded all the kids in the suburban and drove to walmart and bought Paul Blart and each of the kids got some candy and a few presents for Bec and came home. We made popcorn and ate candy and laughed together. It is a good movie if you haven't seen it yet! What a great day! Happy Birthday Sweetheart! I loved hanging out with you! I love you!

Dallin made Bec a cake! He is getting very good at it and makes most of the cakes at our house! Thanks Dallin! By the way that is wax on the cake! It takes a long time for a 12 yr old to light 37 candles!

Braden 17, No Way!!

Braden turned 17 on June 1! We had a fun family night for his birthday! We had several friends over and had a great time. This is the kids playing the CANDY BAR GAME!! Heres how you play: You roll 2 dice when someone get doubbles they put on the long sox, get butter knives then try to open the candy bar with only the knives. NON SHARP! Everyone keeps passing the dice when someone gets doubbles they take the sox and knives and keep working on the candy. Eventually SOMEONE will get to eat candy. Have several bars on hand. Gillmings, Littlefields, Chances, Hill's & Keith's filled the house. Thanks for joining us!

Making up for lost time!

April FLEW BY so FAST!!! so here is a quick recap of a few things I missed blogging about. Thanks Sarah Patino for getting me back on track (love you)!

We had a month on WONDERFUL visits! First Corey Nielsen from Idaho Falls came to visit. Corey is one of Cameon's best high school friends he was in Sacramento for a week for a work conf. He came up to Marysville for and evening then we went down to visit him a different night. It was so great to see you and visit!!

Next my sister Elizabeth came to visit with her family. It was such a great week. they came from Seattle for their spring break to have a break from the rain! It was a beautiful week for them! We Love you guys so much thanks for visiting!! ( i did a few post's with them in them but not so much i will add more here.)

Shane came to school for a day with Macie. Liz came to for part of the day. It was a party day for their class just before Easter so Shane loved it! Liz got a photo of me teaching PE!

Liz was also here for Dallin's 12th Birthday! He turned 12 on April 5th. A big one for him! Happy Birthday!!!!

A week later Anita & Todd and and family came to visit for their spring break. We posted about our trip to Six Flags already with them. Where we were able to see David and Alexis also!

My mom came out with them in her car and has been staying with us ever sense. It has been wonderful! I will have to do a whole post dedicated to her visit! Todd and Anita were here for Easter and Anita spoiled all the kids with the coolest stuff in their Easter baskets! Thanks so much for everything! We love you all Please come back any time!!!

Braden went to Prom at the end of the month. Grandma Eves made his flower!

The Next weekend Cameron's parents came to visit for Dallin's Ordination to become a Deacon at Church!!! He Received the Priesthood on April 16th, 2009! Thanks so much for coming Dad & Mom we love you so much!

Well now you can see why i have been a little to busy to Blog! I Didn't even get on my computer much in April at all. But it was well worth it! Thanks everyone for coming all this way to see us We love you all and our door is always welcome to family and friends who what to visit CA!

Mother's Day

Hey everyone. This is the picture that I had enlarged and gave to Rebecca and her parents from 4 years ago, for Mother's Day. I found it on my computer at work about two months ago and someone gave me the idea to give it to Bec for Mother's Day. It was hard to wait but they both loved it. It is a great picture of Bec and her wonderful parents! I will be forever grateful to Art and Carol! They have blessed my life with my great wife! It has been so fun to have Bec's mom here with us. We have tried to talk her into staying with us for good but she misses home. Anyway here is the picture!

Such a wonderful day! Six Flag's Wild Animal Adventure Park, Vallejo, CA!
Anita & Todd came to visit for spring break with their two kids Jordan & Danielle. My mom drove her car out following them and will be staying for at least a month. We took the day and went to Six Flags. It was so much fun! We ended up buying season passes to the park so you may be seeing a lot of photos of this place in 2009! We Had a Wonderful day!

Can you say, COTTON CANDY?! We got the bargain bucket for $10 of popcorn and you could refil it all day for free with popcorn or cotton candy! Let's just say we more than got our money's worth or sugar and salt!!
Daniel, Macie & Danielle, in the fake tea cups, i think they are acutally tuna cans! Danielle was not so happy we made her get in the car with them she wanted to get her own can.

SOAKED!!! some loved it some did not.

Even Grandma got in on the fun! she was a great sport! no she didnt pee her pants she was sitting in the back of the ride and still came out looking like a drownd rat! We love you mom!
After the park closed we went a mile up the road to DENNYS! it was good warm food after all that Popcorn and Cotton Candy!!!
