We didn't know what to do first we saw Minnie and Goofy and Donald just as we came in they were coming out of the dressing rooms! we got their pictures then set off. Straight up the street to the AMAZING castle! We walked through and began our Disney experience by riding King Arthur's Carousel!
We spent a while in Fantasy Land riding ALL the rides Together all 8 of us! We spent the whole day like that. We didn't want to miss a single moment of each person's experience in Disneyland! We did the Teacups, Dumbo, Mr Toad, Story Book land. The Matterhorn Bobsleds was the first big ride we went on. All the kids loved it! Especially Daniel! There was not a ride he wouldn't try! He loved them all! Macie on the other hand tried everything but if it was a little fast, or scary she didn't want to do it again!
We got to spend and hour in line to see the princesses! That was not so fun but seeing them was worth it! We saw Mulan, Ariel & Jasmin. while in line we ate some snacks we brought and were surprised to see people pulling out full lunches packed at home! We learned from that and packed better the rest of the week! We just ate snacks all day and didn't want to stop to go eat! so we pulled all our snacks out we had left at about 7pm split them up and ate, then continued playing! Again a miracle with not even DANIEL complaining of dying of hunger!
We saw all of Fantasy land, Micky's Toon Town, Where we saw the mouse himself! and Tomorrow Land. by that time we had to leave. It was hard to Leave! Space Mountain was still my favorite even after all these years! The Buzz Light Year ride was Every one's favorite! What a great ride! Nemo's Submarine ride and the Autotopia, were GREAT!
We walked back to our hotel a lot slower than the walk to Disney and very tired! but HAPPY we all agree it was a very Magical fun day!
We then got in our car and went to eat a huge dinner at In-N-Out Burger! It was SO good! We ate with our friends the Littlefields who happened to be there at the same time celebrating their anniversary with their whole family! They taught us how to use fast pass and what a magical morning was (which is included in our passes) A magical morning is when you can get into the park and hour early on Tue or Thur! We were so unschooled in the Disney know how!

My goodness. What a great family adventure. Glad it all went so wonderfully!
Yay!!! We are headed down with some friends for my birthday in Feb.
I'm so happy for you! I always cry too! A great book to check out before you visit is "The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland". It's a little intense-for example, they scrutinize traffic patterns within the park- but it's packed with some really great information!
