Saturday Jan. 3, 2009We headed out for a fun day at the
World Famous San Diego Zoo! We got there and jumped on the tour bus first thing. It takes you all through the park so you can get a birds eye view of the park from the top of the double deck no less. We enjoyed that and we were so excited to see all the animals! It was pretty funny how many animals the kids already knew by name! We say Marty, Melman, Gloria & Alex! We saw Horton the elephant, Timon & Pumba. Kerchak, and all the gorillas. And PO the panda! And so many more I cant remember!
We rode the sky ride that takes you across the whole zoo 3 times that was cool! We Absolutely fell in love with the monkey's and Orangutan's! We stood and watched them for about and hour it seemed! we got some great video of them wrestling around together on our phones! we will try to attach it if we can figure that out. We could have stayed all day there! The Tigers, Lions, Mt.Lion, Spotted Leopard, Panther. Were so cool! along with all the kinds of Bears! Every animal was out and having fun today it was great!
